Our Abondance, Beaufort and Raclette cheese wheels are Savoyard and our farmhouse Reblochons are PDO.
We make our fondue with a homemade grated based on Abondance, Beaufort and Emmental for a natural hold and an authentic taste.
We offer three different wheels of raclette, the natural one, with wild garlic, and the Brezain smoke.
You can accompany your fondues and raclettes with cold cuts that we select exclusively in Savoie.
All our meats are of French origin.
Our potatoes for our house fries are grown in the valley near Albertville.
We are committed to choosing local, quality and short-circuit products to offer you the best.
